How do you control the temperature and humidity in your facilities?We have a commercial-grade, fully redundant refrigeration systems that keep our cellars at 56 degrees. Humidity is kept between 55-70%.

How do I access my wine?Using our electronic security systems customers can access 24/7. Customers have a private key to their locker.

How many cases fit in a locker?There are several different locker sizes depending on your storage needs: 12 cases, 16, 24, 32, 64, and larger walk-ins. Let us know how many cases you plan on storing currently and your future desires and we can help determine which size locker is ideal for you.

Why should I store my wine in a facility?Proper storage of wine is essential. If wines are stored improperly, the quality and the taste of the wine will diminish and possibly lose value. Renting a wine storage locker has also proven to be a cost-efficient solution to building, maintaining, and paying for electricity costs of home wine storage solutions.

How do I know my wine is secure?Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance. We are aware of everyone who comes in and out. Our wine cellars are always protected and monitored with a state-of-the-art security system.

Is my wine insured in your facilities?While we guarantee your wine will be left in great hands at our facility, we do recommend looking into insuring your wine collection. Often your wine collection can be covered by homeowner’s insurance. If not, you may want to investigate other forms of insurance that specialize in collectibles. We are not liable for loss or damage.

I lost my key fob. What should I do?Oh no! If you’ve lost your key fob, please contact Inland Valley Wine Storage ASAP and they will help you purchase a replacement key, for a small fee.

I forgot my key fob at home. Can I still gain access to Inland Valley Wine Storage?Our member's peace of mind is our main concern, therefore we do not allow tailgating (members opening the door for other guests) for members who forget their key. In some membership agreements, there are fines to ensure tailgating does not occur. If you’ve lost your key, make sure to call your club and a staff member will help you get a replacement key fob.

How do I get a replacement key and what is the cost?If you need to replace a key fob, reach out directly to Inland Valley Wine Storage as they will be able to update the key fob’s security access and help get you a replacement. We will charge a small fee for the replacement.

My current key fob is not working. What should I do?Shoot, you’re locked out! Reach out to Inland Valley Wine Storage and they can help figure out what’s going on. A defective access key could mean a number of things: billing problems, lockout or there could be an issue with the door of the location.
